1. 100% cancellation fee shall apply. The hotel and airline rebooking & cancellation policy prevails. A 10% rebooking fee applies on top of the hotel and airline charges.

2. No-shows are subject to 100% forfeiture. No refunds.

3. In case of FORCE MAJEURE, H&H Holidays shall not be responsible for cancellations or failures if such cancellations arise out of causes beyond its control. Such causes may include, but are not restricted to, acts of God or of the public enemy, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, strikes, earthquakes, and severe weather. While we cannot return your down payment in such events, conversely, you can rebook it within a 1-year period from the date of cancellation.​

4. 50% of the total tour cost will be refunded if cancellation is made 15 days before departure. Cancellations made within 5 days of departure are non-refundable. ​

5. Company Cancellation: If we are forced to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), a full refund will be provided, or we will offer alternative dates or tours.
