Cancellation Policy
INTRODUCTION
By booking with us, you agree to abide the following cancellation policy. Please read carefully before making your reservation, as they govern the relationship between you and H&H HOLIDAYS TRAVEL AND TOURS concerning the services we provide​
1. No-shows are subject to 100% forfeiture. No refunds.
2. In case of FORCE MAJEURE, H&H Holidays shall not be responsible for cancellations or failures if such cancellations arise out of causes beyond its control. Such causes may include, but are not restricted to, acts of God or of the public enemy, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, strikes, earthquakes, and severe weather. While we cannot return your down payment in such events, conversely, for tours/ no flight packages, you can rebook it within a 1-year period from the date of cancellation.
3. For Cancellation:
Day Tours: A full refund will be issued if the cancellation request happened three (3) days prior to the activity date.
Packages: Cancellations made fifteen (15) days prior to the scheduled departure/tour shall incur a non-refundable charge equivalent to a twenty-five percent (25%) cancellation fee on top of the total tour cost.
If the Client has paid the total tour cost in full (package tour) and submits a cancellation request at least forty-five (45) days prior to departure, the Client shall be entitled to a twenty-five percent (25%) refund on top of the total tour cost.
4. For Rebooking:
For Day Tours: A 15% rebooking fee on top of the tour cost shall be charged (the rebooking fee will apply depending on the tour booked). Rebooking requests will only be accepted if made at least 48 hours, equivalent to 2 days, prior to the scheduled activity date.
For Packages: A 100% cancellation fee shall apply in the event of rebooking. All hotel and airline rebooking and cancellation policies shall take precedence and will be strictly followed. A rebooking fee of twenty percent (20%) of the total tour cost shall be charged in addition to any fees imposed by the hotel and airline. Rebooking requests will only be accepted if made at least forty-five (45) days prior to the scheduled departure date.
5. Company Cancellation: We reserve the right to make changes to the tour itinerary, accommodations, or transportation arrangements if necessary. We will notify you promptly of any such changes. If we are forced to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), a full refund will be provided, or we will offer alternative dates or tours
