INTRODUCTION

Welcome to H&H holidays travel and tours by booking with us, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making your reservation, as they govern the relationship between you and H&H HOLIDAYS TRAVEL AND TOURS concerning the services we provide​

1. Booking and Payment

FOR DAY TOUR ONLY:

To confirm and secure your booking, a 50% deposit or full payment of the total tour price is required at least three (3) days prior to your scheduled activity date.

  • No down payment or deposit, no confirmation of booking.

  • Daily or staggered payments are not possible, as transportation and other essential services are booked in advance to secure availability and guarantee smooth operations.

FOR PACKAGES:

A 50% deposit of the total package price is required to confirm your booking; this will secure/cover any necessary upfront costs. The remaining balance must be settled no later than thirty (30) days before the scheduled departure date. (Full payment must be received 30 days before the arrival date.)

PAYMENT METHODS

  • We accept payments via [credit card, bank transfer, online payment platform, etc.].

  • Payments currency must be made in [USD OR PHP].

 

PAYMENT POLICY

  • No down payment or deposit, no confirmation of booking.

  • All booking transactions must be submitted through email or any official communication platform.

  • Verbal reservations are not considered valid.

  • Any shortfall in the required payment shall be charged to the sender, and the booking shall not be confirmed until such amount has been fully paid.

  • Failure to settle the full payment may lead to limitations or non-fulfillment of the agreed services.

  • Always send a copy of the deposit slip via email or any communication platform used for verification and documentation purposes.

  • For PayPal payments, all transaction fees must be shouldered by the sender. A 12% surcharge will be applied to the total amount.

 

These terms are strictly upheld to confirm the client’s commitment, protect the operational integrity of our company and partner providers, and ensure the reliable and seamless delivery of services throughout your journey.

 

2. Changes to Your Booking

Customer Changes:

If you wish to modify your booking (e.g., change the travel dates), you must notify us at least twenty [20] days before the tour departure. Changes are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Please see the H&H cancellation policy.

Company Changes:

We reserve the right to make changes to the tour itinerary, accommodations, or transportation arrangements if necessary. We will notify you promptly of any such changes.

3. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, trip delays, or other unexpected events during the tour.

4. Tour Participation

Health and Fitness:

You must ensure that you are in good physical health and able to participate in the activities included in the tour package. Some tours may require a minimum level of fitness or mobility.

Conduct:

We expect all participants to behave respectfully and follow the instructions of the tour guide and other staff. We reserve the right to remove any participant who causes disturbances or engages in dangerous behavior, with no refund provided.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the tour package. We are not responsible for any personal injuries, losses, or damages to personal property during the tour unless caused by our negligence.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, war, terrorism, or government restrictions.

7. Confidentiality

Your personal data will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of processing your booking and providing services related to the tour package. We will not share your data with third parties unless required by law.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or claim arising from your tour booking, we will attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, any legal proceedings must be conducted in the jurisdiction of the Philippines

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.

 

10. Acceptance of Terms:

By booking a tour package with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
