Welcome to H&H Holidays Travel and Tours! By booking a tour package with us, you agree to abide the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making your reservation, as they govern the relationship between you and H&H HOLIDAYS TRAVEL AND TOURS concerning the services we provide. Booking and Payment Booking Process: To confirm your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 15 days before the departure date. Payment Methods: We accept payments via [credit card, bank transfer, online payment platform, etc.]. Currency: All payments must be made in [USD OR PHP]. Customer Cancellation If you cancel your booking: 50% of the total tour cost will be refunded if cancellation is made 15 days before departure. Cancellations made within 5 days of departure are non-refundable. Company Cancellation: If we are forced to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), a full refund will be provided, or we will offer alternative dates or tours. No-show: If you fail to show up for the tour, no refund will be provided. Changes to Your Booking Customer Changes: If you wish to modify your booking (e.g., change the travel dates), you must notify us at least [5] days before the tour departure. Changes are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Company Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to the tour itinerary, accommodations, or transportation arrangements if necessary. We will notify you promptly of any such changes. Travel Insurance We strongly recommend that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, trip delays, or other unexpected events during the tour. Tour Participation Health and Fitness: You must ensure that you are in good physical health and able to participate in the activities included in the tour package. Some tours may require a minimum level of fitness or mobility. Conduct: We expect all participants to behave respectfully and follow the instructions of the tour guide and other staff. We reserve the right to remove any participant who causes disturbances or engages in dangerous behavior, with no refund provided. Liability Company Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the tour package. We are not responsible for any personal injuries, losses, or damages to personal property.
